Newport Coast Tours began as an idea by Captain “Mark-O” O’Ravitz in 2020 from driving people from Orange County California beach resorts to the airports. It seems those visitors wanted more than the already offered whale and dolphin watching experiences. Mark researched the market and realized no one was offering such a service. In 2021 the service was launched and will become Orange County California beaches “ Original and Premier” Tour.
